A Day in Your Personalized Psychedelic Therapy Journey

Let us walk you through a typical experience - one that’s deeply personal, intentionally crafted, and grounded in care.


1. Welcoming and Intention Setting

Your journey begins in a calm, private setting. We welcome you with presence and without judgment. Together with your therapist, you’ll engage in a one-on-one consultation where we explore your personal story:
Why are you here?
What are you hoping to shift, understand, or heal?
Is it anxiety? Depression? A spiritual calling? Grief or trauma?

This opening conversation creates the foundation. It’s where we begin to shape your therapeutic journey - which may include one or a series of sessions tailored to your needs. Some people start slowly and gently - others may be ready for a deeper journey. Either way, you are met exactly where you are.

An important part of this phase is deciding where the session will take place. Some clients choose to host it in the comfort of their own private home, while others prefer the tranquility of a rented summer house - a common and beautiful choice. What matters most is that the setting feels safe, settled, and right for you. Together, we make sure the physical space supports the emotional and spiritual depth of your journey.


2. Designing Your Personal Soundscape and Setting

From there, we prepare your unique sound journey. Based on your musical preferences, spiritual background (if any), and emotional tone, we compose a soundscape that accompanies and supports your psychedelic experience. Every note, rhythm, and silence is chosen with intention.


3. The Session

When you’re ready, we begin the session. You are never alone. A dedicated guide or therapist will be fully present with you throughout - taking notes, observing, holding space with calm attention and compassionate presence.

We typically serve a homemade lemon tea with the medicine to initiate the body and spirit before you enter the deeper phase of your journey.

The psychedelic journey itself is always approached with care, following both science and intuition. Whether microdosing or entering a fuller state of consciousness, the session unfolds in a way that feels safe, supported, and purposeful.


4. Integration and Reflection

After the journey, we take our time. You’ll be given space to rest, reflect, and slowly come back. Together, we sit and talk through what emerged - emotions, visions, memories, insights. We often work with integration tools such as written reflections, drawing, or structured questionnaires that help you process and begin making meaning of your experience.


5. Ongoing Support

A few days later, we follow up with a check-in call, where we revisit what came up, how you’ve been feeling since the session, and what further support might be helpful. Healing is a process, not a moment - and we’re here with you through it.


This is more than a session. It’s a therapeutic journey, thoughtfully adapted to your personal rhythm, inner world, and life path.
